Key Responsibilities
As a Patient Care Coordinator at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive the support and guidance they need to manage their health effectively. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional patient care through phone and Zoom calls, responding to patient inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and compassionate manner.
- Assisting patients with various administrative tasks, such as applying for loans and ordering testing kits.
- Selling and ordering supplements, as well as scheduling appointments with health coaches.
- Performing administrative tasks, including filling out forms and managing schedules.
- Supporting health coaches with scheduling, rescheduling, and other tasks as needed.
- Checking and responding to text messages and voicemails in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring that patient records are up-to-date and accurate.

Work Schedule and Location
As a Patient Care Coordinator at blithequark, you'll work a standard full-time schedule of 30-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Our Pacific Hours schedule includes two shifts: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:45 pm. We're a remote team, so you'll be working from home, but you'll be an integral part of our close-knit team.
