You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process new patient enrollments, and maintain accurate records. If you're a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methods and rules to process new patient enrollments, handling patient medication requests, and entering refill orders for processing. * Handle correspondence with patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and make outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis. * Resolve customer complaints and issues by exploring, gathering data, making amendments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements. * Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and at other locations, recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as needed. * Acquire active professional license or certification within the first 90 days and maintain a current professional license or certification. **Essential Capabilities** * Basic computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print documents, and access data online). * Basic web search skills to include opening a browser, typing in URLs in the correct field, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online. * Transitional-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, arranging reports). * Communicate effectively in writing and verbally. **Preferred Capabilities** * At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment. * Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction. * Transitional to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, arranging documents). * Familiarity with Spanish and English. **About arenaflex's Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that supports their physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
