**Job Summary**
As a Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist – Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers, while also handling data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process new patient enrollments, and maintain accurate records. **Key Responsibilities**
* Utilize arenaflex's remedy information entry methods and rules to process new patient enrollments, handling patient medication requests, and entering refill orders for processing.
* Handle correspondence with patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and make outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis.
* Resolve customer complaints and issues by exploring, gathering data, making amendments, and resubmitting for processing as per individual arrangement requirements.
* Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and at other locations, recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as needed.
* Acquire active professional license or certification within the first 90 days and maintain a current professional license or certification.
**Essential Capabilities**
* Basic computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print documents, and access data online).
* Basic web search skills to include opening a browser, typing in URLs in the correct field, using a search engine, bookmarking a website, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online.
* Transitional-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, arranging reports).
* Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
**Preferred Capabilities**
* At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment.
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction.
* Transitional to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, arranging documents).
* Familiarity with Spanish and English.
