As a remote data entry clerk, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** As a part-time remote data entry clerk, your primary responsibilities will include: * Receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance through our ticketing system * Opening and submitting tickets into our Help Desk system for review by our technicians * Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and coordinating follow-up actions as needed * Providing exceptional customer service by emailing responses to customers and ensuring timely updates on the status of their requests * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions * Collaborating with our Help Desk team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in I.T.
