**Job Summary**
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in assessing business data to create meaningful experiences and insights. You'll work closely with our Business Intelligence team to identify patterns that drive business growth, support best practices, and provide expert counsel to our clients. **Key Responsibilities**
* Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders
* Collaborate with business teams to recognize new reporting needs and develop solutions
* Streamline and normalize reports, define and implement metrics definitions, and provide feedback to stakeholders
* Design, develop, and implement data visualizations to support business decisions
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and share knowledge with internal teams
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and innovation
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, data science, business administration)
* Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization
* Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles
* Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, and Visual Studio, with knowledge of Power Apps and Automation Anywhere (A360)
