Job Overview In this part-time role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers via telephone, email, and chat, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded on a daily basis. Reporting to the Customer Success Supervisor, you will communicate with new and potential customers, guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team in building a successful brand. With a strong focus on meeting or exceeding established service level agreements, you will be expected to provide empathetic and personalized support to our customers, while also understanding the business's bottom line.
