We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Customer Service Advisor to join our team, working remotely from the comfort of your own secured workspace. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in supporting customers with their post-purchase needs, from tracking orders to checking order status and more. **What You'll Do:**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases
* Assisting customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs
* Using your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues
* Helping de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism
* Occasionally assisting with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary
**Who We're Looking For:**
We're looking for a compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills. If you have:
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for de-escalating upset customers
* Experience in customer service or call centers (training will be provided)
* The ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
* A flexible schedule with at least 40 hours of availability per week (at least 8 of those hours on one weekend day)
* A secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours
* High-speed internet access, meeting the following speeds: download 10mbps+ upload 3mbps+ Ping less than 175ms (no Wi-Fi or satellite internet, you must have an ethernet connection)
* Ability to accurately type at least 30 WPM
* Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology (preferred)

**Requirements:**
To be considered for this role, you must:
* Be 18 years or older
* Have a High School Diploma or GED
* Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
* Have at least six months experience in customer service
* Meet the technical requirements outlined above
* Be flexible with at least 40 hours of availability per week (at least 8 of those hours on one weekend day)
* Work at least 16 hours per week, working no more than 29 hours per week
* Reside in one of our US hiring zones (please note that we are not currently hiring in the following geographies: AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT, & NY, or the following metro areas: MS-Minneapolis, IL-Chicago, NY-New York City Metro, OR-Portland, MD-Montgomery County, WA-Seattle, CO-Denver)
