As a customer-centric organization, we believe that every interaction with our customers is an opportunity to build trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships. **What You'll Do** As a Part-Time Customer Service Advisor at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers with their post-purchase needs. Your responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases * Assisting customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs * Using your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues * Helping de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism * Occasionally assisting with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary **Who We're Looking For** We're seeking a compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills. If you're a strong problem-solver with a knack for de-escalating upset customers, we want to hear from you! While experience in customer service or call centers is a plus, we're willing to provide training to the right candidate.
