As an Online Community Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of our services, providing support to service users, handling queries, and contributing to projects that enhance our online offerings. Work Environment and Company Culture

We offer a remote work environment that is flexible, inclusive, and supportive, with a focus on work-life balance and employee well-being. As a full-time Online Community Assistant, you will be expected to work 35 hours per week, including every Saturday and Sunday, as well as three days during the week (flexible scheduling available). Occasional travel to one of our offices may be required.
