Job Overview
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as Nextant 400 Captains. This home-based position offers the flexibility to choose from various major and regional airports as domiciles, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively. Our work cycle consists of 8 days on and 6 days off, with the added flexibility of quarterly bidding to accommodate different schedule variations. As a Nextant 400 Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe operation of our aircraft, providing exceptional customer service, and adhering to the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute part 135 passenger flights within the Continental US, Alaska, Canada, and Mexico, ensuring compliance with FAA guidelines, OEM Checklists, Moser General Operations Manual (GOM), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct preflight inspections and determine airworthiness for safe operations, guaranteeing the safety of our passengers and crew.
- Coordinate with support personnel for through-flight servicing, including FBO, maintenance, scheduling, and fuel coordination, to ensure seamless flight operations.
- Act as the final authority on the aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
- Communicate maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to Moser Aviation and complete associated paperwork, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Provide safety briefings to passengers, addressing any changes to the itinerary, and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the flight.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following qualifications:
- ATP with multi-engine land rating
- 3000 total flight hours, including 2000 Pilot-in-Command, 2000 Multi-Engine, 1500 Multi-Engine PIC, 2000 Turbine, and 250 Instrument
- Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel in and out of the country without restriction
- Ability to work varying hours, including day and night, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Prior experience as a captain on a similar aircraft type
- Familiarity with Moser Aviation's operations and procedures
- Additional certifications or ratings, such as a type rating for the Nextant 400
- Experience with safety management systems and quality assurance programs
