Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a go-to expert, providing technical support for our free-to-play mobile games across multiple platforms, collaborating with support engineers to manage player tickets and resolve issues efficiently.
- Engage with a global player base, offering technical advice and assistance, and ensuring timely resolution of queries and concerns.
- Identify, prioritize, and swiftly resolve issues, working closely with diverse departments such as production, QA, design, programming, legal, and marketing to deliver seamless solutions.
- Utilize your research skills to develop innovative solutions, enhance our support services, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our gaming experiences.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent communication skills in English, German, and Russian, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to users with varying levels of technical expertise.
