**The Role**
As a Manager Strategy - Customer Experience at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in shaping our customer experience strategy, driving business growth, and ensuring alignment across various functions. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Staying abreast of external developments to identify opportunities and threats in competitive and market intelligence, leveraging internal and external research to develop insights and solutions.
* Creating compelling documents for executive audiences, addressing business problems by structuring issues and prioritizing analyses during the planning process.
* Driving one or more interconnected strategy and operational execution workstreams, ensuring seamless collaboration across functions.
* Developing and executing strategic plans, identifying market opportunities, and leading strategic projects to enhance customer experiences.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* A minimum of 4+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role, with a strong background in quantitative analysis, qualitative analysis, and strategic problem-solving.
* Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and manage cross-functionally, fostering a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
* A high degree of drive, personal ownership, and comfort with framing and addressing ambiguous challenges.

**Nice-to-Haves**
While not essential, previous work experience in world-class retail or ecommerce, or in professional services such as strategy consulting, private equity, or investment banking supporting retail/ecommerce businesses, would be highly valued. An MBA or Master's degree is also desirable.
