We're now seeking an experienced Live Chat Customer Service Agent to join our remote team. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients through online chat. **Key Responsibilities:**
As a Live Chat Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and friendly manner
* Assisting guests with reservations, cancellations, and modifications
* Providing information on hotel services, promotions, and policies
* Troubleshooting customer issues and escalating when needed
* Maintaining accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
* Providing high-level administrative support to the executive team
* Managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
* Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
* Coordinating meetings and events, including logistics and materials preparation
* Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism
* Assisting in project management and follow-up on action items
* Acting as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or chat support (a plus)
* Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask and handle multiple chats at once
* Basic knowledge of hotel booking systems (a bonus)
* Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
