About the Role

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a licensed pharmacy technician to support our Customer Relations and retail pharmacy stores. As a customer advocate, you will respond to customer calls, emails, and letters in a manner that reflects our purpose and values. Your superb customer service skills will enable you to assist pharmacy customers in an inbound customer contact center setting, resolving concerns and delighting our valuable customers. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will review and process incoming communications and respond to customers via phone or written communications.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be a resident of Arizona, Alaska, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, or Vermont due to regulatory and licensing compliance. You must also possess or be able to obtain Pharmacy Technician licensure in your state of residence prior to your start date.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.00 to start, with a pay range of $17.00 - $31.30.
