As a Key Information Researcher in our elite team, you'll be at the forefront of developing and implementing cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning (ML) models that will revolutionize the way we enchant our visitors.
About the Role
This remote opportunity allows you to be an integral part of the blithequark family from the comfort of your home. As a Key Information Researcher, you'll be reporting to Attractions Functional Innovation and will be responsible for driving the creation, establishment, and support of data analysis and ML models for our attractions. You'll work closely with internal partners to deliver world-class visitor experiences through interactive and data-driven systems across blithequark Encounters (DX).
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Collaboration: Foster and create associations with colleagues, provide thought leadership, and drive initiatives to successful conclusions. Engage with research and colleagues to drive ML strategies and identify innovative solutions to business problems.
- ML Model Development: Lead and work with various specialists and data scientists to implement and scale ML solutions that create enchanting experiences for visitors and push operational boundaries.
- Innovation & Development: Drive R&D, proofs of concept, tech investments, and customer interactions that lead to the expansion of top-tier AI platforms.
- Operational Support: Manage functional support and maintenance of ML-related products and services delivered by the team.
- Process Optimization: Build standard methodologies used in daily operations and collaborate with specialty units to plan and execute large-scale projects in the AI space.
- ML Algorithm Production: Productionize ML algorithms in predictive analysis, clustering, image recognition, NLP, anomaly detection, etc., and evaluate their performance on real-world datasets.
- Team Collaboration: Work with different teams to achieve goals in improving system performance and adhere to existing software practices that produce viable code.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of mastery in Python and predictive modeling experiences, such as TensorFlow, SparkMLib, PySpark, LightGBM, MXNet, etc.
- 2+ years of expert-level experience in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
- Proficient in SDLC, QA cycles, and Object-Oriented Programming Design Patterns.
- Expert-level experience in structured and unstructured data and SQL relational and non-relational databases.
- 2+ years of experience with Workflow or another data workflow management instrument.
- Experience with amendment control programming, like GitHub and GitLab, Model Operations, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong systems integration architecture abilities, capable of transforming new tech into business solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Docker, control frameworks, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud arrangements in GCP or another cloud stage.
- Experience with Atlassian Instruments like Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with Agile advancement techniques and automated testing.
- Experience with information representation and information checking instruments.
- Experience with sound and text examination.
Education
Master's degree in Information Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable technical background. A Ph.D. in a related field is preferred.
