Key Responsibilities

• Enter data from routing requests into our Order Management System (OMS) with high accuracy and efficiency
• Organize routing requests and send to carrier partners for shipment assignments
• Manage new user account setup in our vendor booking system
• Maintain an organized file of shipment data to ensure entries are complete and accurate
• Adhere to data management best practices and maintain a high standard of accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with transportation planning analysts to support the flow of goods from our domestic vendors

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of experience working as a data entry specialist
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to spot errors with accuracy and efficiency
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external strategic partners, including vendors and carriers
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent typing skills and experience working with Microsoft applications, including Outlook and Excel
