**Job Summary**
As an IT Business Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data entry and server farm management systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to guarantee the functional manageability of the basic framework that upholds our airport communication spaces.
* Managing IT administration of all site executions, inventories, foundation planning, accompanying, preventive maintenance systems of support and break/fix services for server farm basic framework, IT validation labs, and remote communication room basic climate hardware.
* Providing IT support of IT labs to align our client application and designing teams with workstations, equipment, and access to test their application.
* Coordinating with professional services responsible for basic framework support and break-fix exercises at remote communication rooms.
* Managing, operating, maintaining, and monitoring all basic offices framework for server farm and remote communication room gear.
* Developing server farm and remote communication room guidelines for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT framework.
* Supporting IT offices grounds fiber ring to maintain the reliability and service continuity of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring.

**What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)**

* Bachelor's degree or 5 or more years of significant experience.
* Knowledge of server farm technology and basic offices framework.
* Project management experience with (at least 2 years) within a high availability communication room or potentially server farm operating environment, everyday operational requirements, and the operation of production systems and equipment.
