Key Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, responding to their queries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be a resident of Texas, with a valid Texas driver's license or other proof of residency
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
• Be self-motivated, self-disciplined, and have a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Technology Requirements

To perform this role, you will need to have the following equipment and technology:

• A computer that meets the minimum specifications: Windows 10 or above, Intel Skylake i3 (2015) or AMD Zen Ryzen (2017) or better processor, 8GB RAM or better
• A direct Ethernet connection, with a consistent 50/10 Mbps internet connection
• Two monitors (a television screen can be used as a second monitor)
• An ergonomic keyboard and mouse, with a webcam and headset (with noise cancellation and a mute button)
