About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Identify customers' needs; clarify their information; research their issues; then provide solutions and/or alternatives to solve their problems, ensuring that each customer feels valued and supported
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise, promoting blithequark's products and services in a way that is tailored to each customer's needs and interests
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile when you can, demonstrating a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Keep accessible, comprehensive records of all conversations in our call center database, ensuring that customer interactions are accurately documented and easily accessible
- Attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in customer service
- Meet or exceed personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets, contributing to the success and growth of blithequark's customer service team
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous experience in a customer support role, a proven track record of over-achievement on quotas, and strong phone and verbal communication skills. You should also be comfortable with CRM systems and best practices, have an empathetic customer focus, and be flexible enough to manage many different personality types. Additionally, you should be able to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively, with a high school degree as a minimum educational requirement.
