As an Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll play a critical role in providing direct support to GE Appliances Owners, focusing on sales and service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding product information, registration, service, parts, delivery, and dealer locations
- Troubleshooting customer issues and providing resolution through sales, service, referrals, and concessions
- Maintaining a high degree of concentration and attention to detail to ensure accurate and effective issue resolution
- Utilizing web-based systems to retrieve data for troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Demonstrating excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to promote brand loyalty and maintain professional interactions
- Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Acting with integrity and seeking leadership guidance when necessary
- Providing limited support to Non-GE Appliance branded appliance owners
Essential and Preferred Qualifications

- At least one year of relevant working experience in a customer service or sales environment
