We're now seeking an experienced HR Shared Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you'll be the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment. You'll work closely with our local and global skills groups to resolve employee issues in a timely manner, leveraging your expertise in Workday transactions and data input accuracy.
**About the Role**
As an HR Shared Services Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes. You'll be responsible for supporting applications that impact all personnel, ensuring they run smoothly so employees can focus on doing their best work. You'll also have the opportunity to research new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes
* Support applications that impact all personnel, ensuring they run smoothly so employees can focus on doing their best work
* Research new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization
* Help create, write, and maintain our HR knowledge base for employees
* Assist with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding)
* Perform system and testing audits as required to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality; analyze and record results and discrepancies
**Required Qualifications**
* Demonstrated expertise with the Workday HCM tool
* Demonstrated expertise in Mass Uploads (EIB)
* Demonstrated project management, communication, and customer service skills
* Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
* Strong interest in technology and the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
* Ability to troubleshoot using rigorous judgment and strategies to resolve complex problems
* A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required
* Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR area, or as a HR Generalist is a plus
* Experience with Zendesk ticketing system is a plus

* Experience working in a shared services environment
* Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
