**Job Description:**
As a Home Depot Customer Support Representative - Fresher, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Home Depot customers. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure their satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* 90% Customer and Expert Exchange Organizations (Master) client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat systems
* 10% Report customer communications using online software tools and ensure start-to-finish support, research, and follow-up are completed to guarantee best effort in matches between professional exchange organizations and customers
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Direct Administrator/Direct Reports:**
* This position reports to a Manager, Customer Care.
* This position has no immediate reports.
**Travel Requirements:**
* Occasionally requires temporary travel under 10% of the time.
**Physical Requirements:**
* Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, and there is continuous opportunity to move about.
* Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light objects.
**Working Conditions:**
* Located in a comfortable indoor area.
* Any unpleasant conditions would be rare and not surprising.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
* Should be eighteen years old or older.
* Should be legally allowed to work in the US.
