**Responsibilities**
As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our revenue operations department. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Performing duties related to revenue operations, including medical insurance collections, credits, and patient insurance coverage
* Communicating with insurance payers to ensure proper insurance coverage for our patients or to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement for dialysis services rendered at our clinics
* Responding timely and accurately to payer communications
* Collaborating with other revenue operations teams to ensure seamless processes across teams
* Partnering with clinics teammates, including Insurance counselors, social workers, and facility administrators, to ensure timely and accurate insurance information
* Identifying process changes and opportunities for continuous improvements
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
* High School diploma or equivalent required
* Minimum of six (6) months corporate office experience required
* Previous Revenue Cycle experience is preferred but not required
* Data Entry experience filling out online forms
* Savvy in navigating through the internet and provider portals
* Proper claim accounting knowledge is a big plus
* Medical billing or accounting experience is a big plus
