We are seeking an experienced and skilled Graphic Design educator to join our team as a Fundamentals of Graphic Design Canvas Instructor. As a part-time instructor, you will be responsible for developing and delivering an online course on the fundamentals of graphic design, utilizing the Canvas learning management platform. The Fundamentals of Graphic Design course is designed to introduce students to the fundamental principles of graphic design, including imagemaking, typography, composition, working with color and shape, and foundational skills that are common in all areas of graphic design practice. Through visual examples and hands-on exercises, students will learn to explore and investigate visual representation, understand basic principles of working with shape, color, and pattern, and develop a core set of graphic design skills that can be applied to their own projects or further investigation of specialized areas of graphic design.

The rate of pay for this position is $85 per hour for 30 hours of course development and 18 hours of course delivery.
