Current BHSF employees must have a high "fully meets" or "exceeds" merit rating (3.5 - 4.0).
CPC, CPC-H, CCS, or RMC certifications are a plus, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the field. You should possess extensive knowledge of government-related regulations, including National, State, and Local guidelines for Medicare, Medicaid, and Champus/Tricare. Medical Necessity and Correct Coding Initiative knowledge is also essential.
