Key Responsibilities

• Log into Tawk AI and Apollo to access and edit the back-end chat system, utilizing your technical skills to navigate these platforms efficiently.
• Review months of past customer chats and AI responses to identify areas for improvement, demonstrating your analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Improve weak responses by rewriting, expanding, or clarifying them as needed, ensuring that all content is clear, friendly, and process-driven.
• Add new answers for unaddressed topics, staying up-to-date with the latest policies and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
• Upload forms and documents that customers need during specific inquiries, streamlining the support process and enhancing the customer experience.
• Focus on creating step-by-step, process-based responses to common customer inquiries, such as how to register a vehicle or avoid form mistakes, showcasing your ability to break down complex information into easy-to-follow instructions.
• Update content related to recent policies, such as residency legislation, ensuring that all information is current and accurate.
