Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently deliver packages to customers in a timely manner, ensuring that all packages are delivered within the designated time frame.
• Perform safety inspections on the company vehicle and report any issues or concerns to the maintenance team.
• Follow all local and state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies to ensure a safe and compliant driving experience.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job, working in all weather conditions and on various routes, lifting packages (up to 50 lbs.), and getting in and out of a vehicle repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations.
• Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.
• Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members.
• Load and unload packages in the delivery vehicle, ensuring that all packages are properly secured and accounted for.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana).
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position).
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Military veterans are welcome to apply.

Benefits and Scheduling

• 5-hour shifts are typical.
• [4 or 5]-day workweek (29 hours) is typical.
• Shift either starts at 3:45am or 9:15am/5-hour shifts.
• A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break.

• Paid time off begins accruing immediately at the start of employment.
