About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative to support our providers and members. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, answering questions, and resolving issues related to benefits, eligibility, billing, clinical authorizations, and more. This is a full-time opportunity that offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive training, and a chance to grow in your career.

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as an advocate for providers, demonstrating accountability and ownership to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Provide exceptional service to providers through multiple channels, including phone calls and concurrent chat.
• Quickly triage contacts from healthcare professionals, understanding their needs and providing timely resolutions.
• Research and resolve complex prior authorization and claim issues, collaborating with internal partners as needed.
• Multitask effectively, navigating multiple systems to extract necessary information and resolve issues.
• Influence providers to utilize self-service digital tools, promoting navigation and faster resolution.

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of analyzing and solving customer concerns.
• Proficiency in computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn new systems.
• Typing speed of 35-40+ WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Flexibility to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) with occasional overtime, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior healthcare experience and knowledge of healthcare terminology.
• Experience in a related environment, such as an office, call center, or customer service.
