Job Overview

Your primary responsibility will be to enter information into our AS400 system from Bills of Lading (BOL) scanned at our service centers. Key Responsibilities
- Enter BOL information into AS400 for numerous customers in a timely and accurate manner
- Identify and correct any errors on BOLs prior to entering the information to ensure high levels of accuracy
- Maintain high production levels while ensuring attention to detail and quality of work
- Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, embodying the blithequark spirit of excellence and customer satisfaction
- Work independently in a remote setting, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
- Knowledge of shipping and transportation documents, including Bills of Lading
- Ability to type 50 words per minute with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in AS400 or similar systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, maintaining focus and attention to detail
