Key Responsibilities
- Organize, confirm, and proactively manage detailed schedules, handling all aspects of complex senior-level meetings and related logistical arrangements.
- Place, receive, and manage high volumes of calls and messages, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Coordinate and arrange high-volume, complex international and domestic travel, including flights, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation; obtain necessary identification/visa documentation.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including planning correspondence, document preparation, research, filing, and preparing pre-meeting materials for review.
- Plan and execute travel and cost investigations on a convenient basis.
- Exercise discretion and caution when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Create and execute representative communications, including preparation of memoranda, leader updates, and phone calls.
- Perform other related tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
