Our team is passionate about driving inspiration, collaboration, and connection by bringing our authentic selves to work and respecting everyone's unique voices. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior UX Designer on our team, you will be responsible for: * Bringing forward innovative ideas and solutions to raise the bar on customer's experience with delivery * Effectively advocating and designing for the customer through objective data such as market analysis, customer insights, technical constraints/opportunities, and business insights * Partnering closely with business and development teams to plan and balance immediate changes with long-term, scalable solutions * Quickly and thoroughly creating user flows, wire frames, visual designs, and prototypes to effectively concept and communicate detailed interaction behaviors that support decision making and development * Assessing and optimizing the effectiveness of new and existing features by proactively planning, performing, and advocating validation techniques like usability testing, user research, and interpreting analytic data * Presenting design work to UX partners, cross-disciplinary teams, and executive leaders **About the Team** Our team is a diverse group of designers and researchers that share our experiences and help each other succeed. We value individuals who drive inspiration, collaboration, and connection by bringing their authentic selves to work and respecting everyone's unique voices. **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 8+ years of design experience * An available online portfolio * Experience defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards * Experience with best practices for Product and Experience Design (including User Interfaces, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design) * Experience in end-to-end design projects from design strategy through execution * Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and product design * Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Proto.io, HTML, or similar **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience designing customer-facing retail products * Experience acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps * Experience presenting to and effectively advising partners within and outside of design * Experience identifying and informing data needs to communicate strategic and tactical recommendations **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
