Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to lead the development of web and cloud applications for Aetna's Martech team. As a Lead Director, Digital Product, you will be responsible for growing and executing the overall digital product strategy, overseeing the product development lifecycle, and leading a team of product managers and cross-functional groups. Your expertise in developing, programming, and optimizing commercial enterprise strategies will be instrumental in driving business growth and improving operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall digital product strategy aligned with the company's commercial enterprise goals and customer needs.
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products meet the best possible requirements and are brought to market on time and within budget.
- Lead and manage a team of product managers and cross-functional groups to drive product innovation and successful product launches.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer feedback analysis to identify opportunities for product upgrades and improvements.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including era teams, marketing teams, and commercial enterprise leaders, to align product development with broader enterprise strategies.
- Ensure that digital products provide an exceptional user experience and are person-friendly, intuitive, and accessible to all customers.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and impact of digital products and make data-driven decisions for continuous development.
- Ensure that digital products adhere to all relevant policies and compliance requirements within the healthcare industry.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in developing, programming, improving, optimizing, and automating commercial enterprise strategies.
- 3 years of experience in growing, programming, enhancing, and optimizing an MRM platform, including at least 2+ years in Workfront.
Desired Qualifications

Education
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (HS degree + 3 years of applicable experience) is required.
