**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Labor Systems team at arenaflex. As a Solutions Analyst, you will report to the Manager - Labor Systems Data Solutions and be responsible for providing complete system strategy, optimization, and support for all labor and personnel control systems across our global sites.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Follow established approaches for software development methodologies and testing procedures
* Provide timely and accurate results for clients
* Maintain an updated understanding of IT technology and developments, including attending seminars, education events, and reading relevant journals and technical documentation
* Maintain a strong knowledge of data integrations technology currently in use
* Participate in "best practice" tasks in the pursuit of continuous improvement
* Provide high-level estimation based on preliminary requirements
* Break down large, complex problems into small and testable tasks
* Understand, recommend, and implement strong reporting and analytic architectures
* Build balanced and extensible solutions that require the minimum of resources to maintain
* Develop outstanding, easy-to-use solutions to meet the immediate and long-term needs of data clients and stakeholders
* Collect, process, and analyze large data sets
* Lead and prioritize multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
* Participate in on-call rotation and cross-functional sustainment tasks with the team
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1 or more years of experience with at least one primary language (C#, VB.net, JavaScript, Python) or similar language
* 1 or more years of experience working with data technology, such as (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) or similar
* Ability to think strategically, analyze data
* Strong work ethic with a tremendous attention to detail and quest for quality
* Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and complete task obligations in a fast-paced environment correctly and with minimum supervision
* Ability to handle sensitive data and resolve conflicts effectively
* The initiative to get results regardless of uncertainty by being proactive, self-motivating, and autonomous
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Knowledge of .Net languages (C#, VB.net)
* Validated experience with Visual Studio or similar IDE (Integrated Development Environment)
* Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science-related field or equivalent experience
