Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for assigned products, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX design, and data science, to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations.
- Lead the development of product requirements and specifications, ensuring that they are clear, concise, and actionable.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, prioritize product features, and ensure that product goals are aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and data insights to inform product decisions and drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and results to stakeholders, including senior leadership, engineers, and customers.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement within the product team.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of product management experience or equivalent experience in a related field, with a focus on e-commerce, AI, or web development.
- Proven track record of building and launching successful products that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and product management tools, such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AI-powered products or services, including machine learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
