**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Operations Excellence Manager to lead our global supply chain optimization efforts. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining processes that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help us navigate the complexities of global logistics, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction
* Lead cross-functional teams to drive process excellence, leveraging Six Sigma, Lean, and other continuous improvement methodologies
* Collaborate with global partners to drive cross-border process standardization and implementation
* Develop and maintain metrics to measure process performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance process knowledge and skills
* Analyze and resolve complex operational issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations

**Essential Qualifications**
