Your primary responsibilities will include: * Distributing departmental mail, both electronic and hard copy * Filing invoices and ads in a timely and accurate manner * Performing data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency * Providing administrative support to our team members as needed * Meeting attendance standards and adhering to company policies and procedures * Assisting analysts with various tasks and projects * Performing other duties as assigned by the Department Supervisor **Key Responsibilities** * Distribute departmental mail, both electronic and hard copy, in a timely and efficient manner * File invoices and ads accurately and in a well-organized manner * Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, meeting deadlines and quality standards * Provide administrative support to team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and completing tasks as assigned * Meet attendance standards and adhere to company policies and procedures * Assist analysts with various tasks and projects, including data analysis, research, and reporting * Perform other duties as assigned by the Department Supervisor **Essential Qualifications** * High school degree or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of experience in an office environment, with a focus on data entry and administrative support * Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel * Strong knowledge of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with strong initiative and follow-through * Reliable transportation to/from work, with a valid driver's license (if applicable) * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a remote environment, with a focus on virtual communication and collaboration * Strong research skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, with a focus on adaptability and flexibility * Experience working with diverse teams and populations, with a focus on cultural competence and sensitivity **Skills and Competencies** * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and populations * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with strong initiative and follow-through * Strong research skills, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel * Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
