**Job Summary**
The Full Stack HRIS Analyst will be responsible for supporting the HR feature and providing practical assistance with the central HR system, MyHR Connection (SuccessFactors Employee Central). This includes mass import execution, statistics accuracy, and device enhancement identification. The successful candidate will also serve as the primary liaison with the IT Acquire to Retire team, collaborating on device layout and configuration development ideas. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, research and problem-solving abilities, and organizational and planning skills are essential for this role.
**Key Responsibilities**
* **HR Information Systems (60%):**
+ Execute mass data imports in MyHR Connection using mass load best practices in the target system agreement.
+ Act as the business process owner for MyHR Connection, assessing recent and present enhancements, prioritization, communication, and change control to drive data accuracy, improve end-user experience, and support governance.
+ Provide data count information on project implementations in support of HR technology.
+ Review HR audit records to ensure data accuracy, assisting in data correction and root cause analysis to drive data integrity within HR systems.
+ Be the data count professional for reporting questions and requirements, partnering with the Workforce Analytics Analyst for complex or new reporting needs.
+ Create and refine education for HR systems to support end-user experience and ensure process compliance.
+ Engage in the data transfer process, ensuring work commands and process files are created and shared.
+ Support data validation efforts, including daily system integrations between SuccessFactors and associated systems, as well as validation in support of project work.
+ Consult with end-users and IT partners to support business process and end-user experience.
* **Continuous Improvement (40%):**
+ Identify opportunities to apply automation and data to enhance business performance, including SuccessFactors, Lawson, OpenText, and other HR technologies.
+ In partnership with the CHS IT ATR team, become familiar with CHS SuccessFactors configuration and layout to support process development and device enhancements.
+ Enhance MyHR Connection (SuccessFactors) performance through business requirement gathering and data-driven decision making.
+ Collaborate go-functionally with HR COE's, HR business partners, and IT to report and identify development opportunities.
+ Offer information and management to go-practical projects, as assigned.
**Minimum Qualifications (Required)**
* High School degree or GED
* 2+ years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems and/or Information Technology roles
* Demonstrated technical knowledge with core HR systems, including SuccessFactors Employee Central
* Expert-level skills in tools like Microsoft Excel, with proven ability to consolidate and work with multiple data sets
* Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, inter-personal, problem-solving skills
* Change-oriented continuous development mindset skills
* Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
* Analytical skills, including record writing, requirements gathering, and device information
* Ability to work with a vast amount of data, identifying inaccuracies, driving consistency, and maintaining root cause analysis
* Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with emphasis on client service, accuracy, and timeliness
**Additional Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related field
* LEAN certification
* Experience implementing or using case and data control device for HR
* SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, Recruiting Management, Recruit Marketing experience
* Experience working with Dayforce payroll technology
