**Job Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Scientist, you'll play a key role in improving and optimizing our search algorithms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior engineers and data scientists. Your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve and optimize search algorithms for advanced accuracy, relevance, and user experience
* Experimenting with Proof of Concept machine learning version improvements, scaling them to production, and running iterative A/B experiments to enhance our matching generation
* Defining and clarifying project objectives, deliverables, and achievement standards in collaboration with cross-functional teams
* Acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and understanding of project goals and outcomes
* Mentoring and developing junior software engineers, data scientists, and machine learning engineers across teams
* Breaking down large machine learning projects into manageable components that provide incremental business value and leading the team through implementation
* Representing arenaflex at major machine learning conferences, such as Neural Information Processing Systems (NeurIPS), International Conference on Machine Learning (ICML), and International Conference on Learning Representations (ICLR)
**Skills and Competencies**
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a deep passion for designing and building machine learning systems. The ideal candidate will have:
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
* 3+ years of industry experience as an AI Engineer, Data Scientist, or Machine Learning Engineer
* Prior experience in deploying impactful machine learning solutions to large-scale production systems, collaborating across teams
* Solid understanding of data systems and algorithms
* Sense of ownership and responsibility as a key contributor in the technical and product domains
* Knowledge and hands-on experience working with Deep Learning Libraries (e.g., Torch, TensorFlow, etc.)
