**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll play a key role in developing and implementing AI and machine learning solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions that meet those needs. Your expertise in data science, AI, and machine learning will be essential in helping us to stay ahead of the curve and drive innovation in our industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Work with a team of data scientists to develop and implement AI and machine learning solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions that meet those needs
* Develop and maintain data pipelines to gather, clean, and prepare data for AI models
* Create and assess AI models to extract insights from data, make predictions, and provide recommendations
* Work with natural language processing algorithms to process and extract data from text-based information
* Build dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences
* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning, and apply that knowledge to drive innovation in our solutions
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or economics
* At least 2 years of experience in data science, AI, and machine learning, with a focus on developing and implementing AI models using Python
* Deep understanding of AI concepts and statistical methods
* Ability to extract insights and make recommendations from data to inform model development and business decisions
* Experience working with machine learning libraries such as Scikit-Learn, and data handling libraries such as Pandas
* Understanding of SQL and distributed data systems
* Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Streamlit, Tableau, and Looker
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics, or a related quantitative field
* Experience creating and maintaining pipelines using tools such as Airflow, Docker, and Luigi
* Familiarity with natural language processing techniques, text embedding models, and knowledge of Generative Adversarial Networks and Large Language Models
* Experience integrating data science solutions into the business and operationalizing machine learning models
