We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Science Manager to join our team. As a key member of our data science organization, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. This is a full-time, remote work opportunity that requires a strong background in data science, leadership, and collaboration.
**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions

**Essential Capabilities**
* Experience with data science and analytics tools, including SQL, R, Python, Succeed, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, and others
* Profound knowledge of SQL and data modeling
* Experience with open-source data science and analytics tools, including Python, R, Flash, and others
* Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams
* At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in a business environment
* At least 2 years of direct management, indirect management, and cross-functional team leadership experience
* Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)

* Advanced education in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline
* Experience communicating at the executive level
* Experience driving cross-functional teams
