Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely completion of projects and reports.
- Maintain and update departmental logs, spreadsheets, and databases to ensure accurate and current information.
- Sort, distribute, and process incoming departmental mail, reports, and work requests.
- Verify and resolve routine issues, applying knowledge of division policies and procedures.
- Assist other staff members with related tasks and responsibilities on an as-needed basis.
- Monitor supply stock and arrange for supplies as necessary.
- Output, picture, and list reports as required.
- Prepare correspondence and packages for internal and external mailing.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education and Experience
