**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced full stack data entry specialist to join our team of talented professionals. As a key member of our data analytics team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex data entry solutions that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders. With a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and software development, you'll be instrumental in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**
As an experienced full stack data entry specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages that meet business needs
* Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, developing complex reports, and performing complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
* Designing and developing packages for internal clients
* Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
* Turning data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
* Troubleshooting technical issues
* Presenting evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following:
+ Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.)
+ Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
+ Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
+ Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL
+ Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
* Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
* Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
* Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
* Crystal Reporting experience preferred
