**The Role**
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be part of a high-performing team that's responsible for driving the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer (VOC) analytics platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, process specialists, and agile teams in technology, to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs and requirements
* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of VOC methods and leverage them to inform and transform data within our Cornerstone large data platform
* Design and build robust data model architecture to support high-performance data processing and standardized metric definitions
* Develop and implement big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions that ensure high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels
* Provide guidance to improve competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
* Power customer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out and builds automation tools
* Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency
* Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease to quit technique
**Essential Qualifications**
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
* Experience with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product owners, process specialists, and agile teams in technology

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
