Job Overview
We're seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team at Blithequark. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Recruiting area in identifying and making initial contact with potential candidates for our searches.
- Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve the recruitment process.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area and implement changes.
- Manage job postings on various job portals and evaluate candidates who apply.
- Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for different searches we have open.
- Collaborate with the team to develop innovative strategies for candidate sourcing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress.
- Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Marked attention to detail in daily work, with a high level of accuracy.
- Advanced English level, both written and spoken.
- 1+ previous work experience in data entry or a related field (is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a remote environment or with distributed teams.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate management tools.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
