Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

- Identifying and rectifying any discrepancies or errors in the data entry process, implementing process improvements as needed.
- Adhering to data privacy and confidentiality guidelines at all times, maintaining the security and integrity of sensitive information.
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed, providing support to the team and contributing to the smooth operation of the organization.
Requirements
To be successful as a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative roles, with a strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software, with excellent typing skills and accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
