- Data Accuracy and Verification: Verify data accuracy, identify and correct discrepancies, and perform regular data quality checks and audits to ensure compliance with blithequark's standards.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain electronic and paper files and documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Assist with data analysis and reporting tasks as needed, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and targets, and communicate effectively with stakeholders through written and verbal reports.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Data Entry and Typing Skills: Proficiency in data entry and typing skills with a high level of accuracy (at least 40-50 words per minute).
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or discrepancies in data.
- Organizational and Time Management Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Independence and Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Salesforce).
