As a member of our Data Innovation Group within the Data Innovation Division, you'll be responsible for providing end-to-end IT support to our employees, including software/equipment installations, upgrades, and maintenance of PC workstations and peripherals. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's always looking for innovative solutions to complex problems.
**Key Responsibilities**
• Resolve and close tickets/work orders supporting end-client workstations and peripherals
• Answer client care issues raised from the Helpdesk
• Contribute to workstation projects (global installs/redesigns) as a project team member
• Remotely diagnose and resolve issues using remote tools
• Investigate and collaborate with other departments to resolve framework-related issues
• Record client interactions in episode management software, including resource management
• Recover data from hard drives or perform data relocation
• Maintain remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability as well as remote/broadband network for workstations
• Install and design local and network-based printers
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
• Follow management direction, complying with IT strategy and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
**What You'll Need for Success**
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience/preparation
• 2 years of hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC workstation software and equipment issues
• First-hand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment
• Preferred Qualifications:
+ A+ certification
+ MCSE/MCP certification
+ Past IT experience in an aircraft/airport environment
+ Familiarity with tagging frameworks and work process
+ Knowledge of VPN networks and ability to troubleshoot issues
+ Ability to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment
+ Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
