**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in designing, developing, and supporting complex software solutions that drive business growth and success. You'll work closely with our engineering and product development teams to deliver high-quality results, build trust and strong relationships at all levels, and stay on top of the latest tech trends.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and support complex software solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders
* Undertake the preprocessing of structured and unstructured data to ensure high-quality results
* Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to deliver on timeline commitments and build trust and strong relationships at all levels
* Deliver high-quality results that meet the needs of our business stakeholders
* Stay on top of the latest tech trends and participate in internal and external technology communities to share knowledge and best practices
* Mentor other members of the engineering community to drive growth and development
**Essential Qualifications & Experience**
* Must have designed, developed, and supported a complex software solution
* Proficient in SQL and have a good understanding of dimensional/multidimensional data modeling
* Experience with graph, transactional, and operational data modeling is a plus
* Familiarity with all stages of the product development cycle, including defect tracking, design reviews, and testing
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with minimal supervision
* Hold a pragmatic, product-oriented approach and possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
**Preferred Qualifications & Experience**
* Experience with cloud data modeling and engineering
* Strong understanding of data science principles and the ability to apply engineering rigor to data-driven projects
* Research mindset, with the ability to structure a project from idea to experimentation to prototype to implementation
* Driven and focused self-starter, with exceptional communication and follow-through skills
* Resolute and able to overcome challenges that will inevitably arise
