Our team of dedicated professionals is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers and patients, and we're excited to have you join our mission. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients and customers through our remote call center. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing them with accurate and timely information. You will also be responsible for entering patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems, handling prescription orders, and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and customers through our remote call center * Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate and timely information * Enter patient and medication data into our pharmacy systems * Handle prescription orders, including processing and filling prescriptions * Resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise with patient or medication data * Collaborate with our pharmacy team to ensure accurate and timely processing of prescriptions * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions * Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote employee of arenaflex, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
