Job Overview and Key Responsibilities
As the CDP Product Leader at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering technical expertise to our team, assisting in the development, configuration, and maintenance of our Real-time Customer Data Platform (CDP), Adobe Experience Platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-time CDP to meet business needs
- Supporting new development, configuration, and maintenance on the platform
- Providing technical guidance and expertise to internal stakeholders regarding the platform
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to the platform and implementing solutions
- Collaborating with IT and other departments to align on technical needs and implementations
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices related to Adobe Experience Platform
- Conducting regular audits to ensure optimal use of the platform
- Leading training sessions to up-skill internal stakeholders on the effective use of the platform
- Collaborating with Adobe Support and Consulting teams to coordinate product enhancements and workarounds
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience related to technical data manipulation and marketing solution experience
- Strong technical skills, specifically with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical ideas to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical skills
- High school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Authorization to work in the United States
