**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team. As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to apply established scientific cycles on various datasets to uncover insights and address real business challenges. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all reporting and analytical tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, while continuously seeking opportunities to upskill and reskill in areas such as SQL, coding, statistics, AI, and more.
**Key Responsibilities**
* 30% Execute existing reporting and analytical tasks, including data visualization and dashboard development
* 20% Use data analysis tools to create new dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests
* 20% Ensure the quality of work output by demonstrating a keen attention to detail
* 20% Foster additional technical skills and domain expertise within the core functional team
* 10% Present findings in easily understandable ways, focusing on how the data analysis fits into the overall strategy
**Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports**
This position reports to the Chief of Data Analytics. This position has no immediate reports.
**Travel Requirements**
Normally requires less than 10% of the time for temporary travel.
**Physical Requirements**
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, and there is frequent opportunity to move about. Occasionally, there may be a need to move or lift light objects.
**Working Conditions**
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be rare and not surprising.
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Software Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
* 3 years of work experience in data mining, statistical analysis, evaluation, or estimation
* Previous direct experience in investigating a significant topic such as store network, marketing, or events
* Strong understanding of data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL Server, Teradata, Prophet, or equivalent data set frameworks
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Work experience with SQL Server, Teradata, Prophet, or equivalent data set frameworks
* Previous experience in data visualization and dashboard development
* Strong understanding of data mining and statistical analysis techniques
* Experience with machine learning and AI algorithms
